Accommodation requirements for Duku Duku Games:
Clubs/Teams/Academies interested to participate in 19th edition of Duku Duku Games, kindly be advised that accommodation will be available at Kagiso schools classes.
(1) Accommodation Fee
1.1. Full payment per class is R1200.00
1.2. Deposit per class is R500.00 not refundable
(2) Dates for accommodation.
2.1. Between September & October at least a deposit should be paid for a class.
2.2. Full payment to be made end of November 2024.
2.3. Check-in at the school will be from 13 December 2024.
2.4. Check-out will depend on the club/team/academy in terms of tournament progression but all should check-out on the 21 December 2024.
(3) Condition for use of school class
3.1. Clubs/Teams/Academies shall be responsible for health, safety and security of the facility
3.2. Clubs/Teams/Academies shall be responsible for cleaning services of the facility.
3.3. The school and Duku Duku Games NPC reserve the rights to remove any club/team/academy from continue using the school accommodation facility.
Note:
(1) That a club/team/academy should indicate how many classes they will require so that we are able to plan accordingly in terms of accommodation allocation at schools.
(2) That will communicate accommodation banking details soonest tournament registration is closed.
